- Click ‘Add to Calendar’ if you’d like to add your appointment to your email calendar
- Find a quiet, private space to be present for the call, free from distractions
- Consider using earphones to help make your call more private
- Receive your call on the date and time you’ve booked from a private number

Make sure your booking page is set to your local time zone, so that the booking times can be adjusted to your local time.
Rebooking another session
You book when you need support or follow up.
New clients are recommended to book 1 hr to get the most of the therapy, but 20 min or 40 min calls are also okay anytime.
- 20 mins for a brief support or follow up call
- 40 mins if you would like a bit more time, or
- 1 hr for a more first session or follow up.
Rescheduling
It’s free and easy to reschedule your session online.
Simply, click ‘Reschedule’ in your email calendar invitation, then select an alternative date and time.
You will receive an updated email calendar invitation.
Cancelling
Life happens and things pop up sometimes, that’s why you can reschedule your appointment online for free.
If you decide to request a cancellation and not reschedule, you’ll receive a refund minus a $20 fee. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process. Completed sessions cannot be refunded.
Simply click ‘Cancel’ in your email calendar invitation.
